RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Royal Hawaiian Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process.

RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition, with tags attached

• Packaged in the original packaging or a secure box/envelope

Returns that do not meet these conditions or are received beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please Note:

• A $20 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please ensure you use a new box or envelope so our provided ground shipping label is applied and shipped properly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a generous 90-day exchange window from the date your order is received.

Exchanges are subject to the same product condition requirements as returns (unworn, with tags, in original packaging). If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue store credit or work with you to find a suitable alternative.
